Provenance / Collectors' Marks: From an album from the Bordes Collection containing 38 drawings, all of this subject, bought by P&D Colnaghi & Co. in Paris, 1936. The prints were then sold to the Ashmolean, C.R. Rudolf, A.M. McDonald, Dan Fellows Platt, Sir Keith Murdock (Melborne), and other collectors.
