Bibliography: The series is Hollstein 576–588 (vol. 15, p. 201); Veldman (2001), pp. 46, 48; per Veldman 2001, p. 48, the series dates to 1599 or earlier, based on a documented purchase of this series of prints on December 29, 1599, listed in the diary of Aernout van Buchell; slightly enlarged reproductions were published by The Metropolitan Museum of Art on a wall calendar for 1961.
