Edition: Inscription in pencil, verso, states that the print is the "first proof of state"; published September 1, 1774 by John Boydell, Cheapside; Claude's "Liber Veritatis," including 200 plates, was published in 2 volumes in 1779.
Marks: Signed in plate, lower right: “R. Earlom Fecit” with all inscriptions
